Overview: This is a Construction Defect law firm. Position was in support of attorneys and paralegals in their efforts to litigate CD claims for developers. Now full-time Paralegal duties. Tendering the defense of developers in Construction Defect cases.

Overview: This is a civil litigation law firm. Position was in support of attorneys and Legal Assistants in their efforts to litigate civil cases, as well as support for the Office Manager.

Purchasing Agent: Dole Fresh Vegetables (10/15/00-6/15/02)

Overview: This is one of the largest suppliers of fresh vegetables in the country. Position was for the main branch in Salinas, CA, and its many satellite branches.

Duties: Primary buyer for office supplies. Heavy file management, data entry and management, phone and office machine use use. Extensive use of data management software, and other data management tools. Taking bids and negotiating with potential and current suppliers.

Overview: This was a residential lending company, specializing in 2nd mortgages, and refinances. Position was semi-executive, and oversaw all related operations.
